My name is Tara, and I am honoured to introduce you to my sound healing practice — SOLUNARA.
The name SOLUNARA comes from the connection between the energies of the Sun, the Moon, and myself, and my deep connection to the elements and the natural world.
Through the use of Planetary and Elemental Gongs, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other sacred sound instruments, I create deeply restorative sound journeys designed to create a space for deep relaxation, balance, and transformation through vibrational sound.
As a certified Practitioner with The College of Sound Healing, and a member of the Complimentary Medical Association, I use Planetary and Elemental Gongs tuned to celestial frequencies to create immersive experiences that calm the mind, relax the body, and awaken your natural healing power.

The Solunara Ritual is my signature two-hour experience for two, bringing together ritual, sensory details, luxurious floating and immersive sound in one beautiful sound journey.
From arrival to farewell, every part of the Ritual has been thoughtfully considered.
Your experience includes a gentle arrival, personal intention, luxurious floating, immersive sound, sacred fragrances, essential oils, crystals and carefully chosen finishing touches.
Begin with a warm Himalayan salt foot bath infused with a carefully selected essential oils, while sacred fragrance softly fills the space.
Choose an oracle card and set an intention before settling into your floating sanctuary.
In your own luxurious hammock, float weightlessly through planetary and elemental gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, surrounded by crystals and layers of sacred fragrance and essential oils.
Sound surrounds you. The hammocks support you. Time slows.
Afterwards, return gently with a refreshing drink and something sweet, with time to sit, breathe and savour the moment together.
